VIRGIN MEDIA and O2 could be looking to merge to create a vast new mobile network that would rival BT in scope, according to new whispers. The all-new network would leave UK smartphone and tablet owners will fewer companies to choose from when it comes to switching to a new monthly plan, SIM-only deals, and more. Not only that, but it could also bring changes for TV and internet customers.
