Rory Stewart pulls out of Mayor of London race - 'Can't beat Labour and Tory machines'

RORY STEWART has pulled out of the race to become the next Mayor of London, stating it was "impossible" to campaign for another year, after the election date was delayed in response to the coronavirus pandemic.
