EU to push countries to reopen borders as global coronavirus cases pass four million

THE European Union executive will recommend on Wednesday that border restrictions be gradually lifted. The executive is also expected to recommend that travel stalled by the coronavirus pandemic will be allowed to restart in order to revive tourism.
