BORIS JOHNSON lost a landmark case in the Supreme Court yesterday as 11 judges unanimously ruled the Prime Minister’s early prorogation of Parliament was unlawful. Boris Johnson’s aides have now attracted scrutiny, with Geoffrey Cox, Dominic Cummings and Jacob Rees-Mogg under the spotlight.
