BREXTI BOMBSHELL: EU chief plots ONE-YEAR Art 50 delay - forcing a SECOND referendum



MARTIN Selmayr, the controversial secretary general of the European Commission and Europe’s top civil servant, is pushing to delay Brexit by a minimum of a year in the hope of dragging the process out long enough to force a second referendum, in a move certain to alarm Eurosceptics pushing to take Britain out of the bloc as soon as possible.
